Every project begins with a complimentary connection call. This is a relaxed conversation where we get a feel for your project’s scope, learn more about your needs, and answer any initial questions you may have.

Following the call, we schedule a design consultation. This is a more detailed, working session where we connect further with the client and discuss budget, timeline, functionality, and your vision in depth. This consultation is a paid appointment and serves as the foundation for creating a thoughtful, intentional design plan.

Vision Alignment

Following the consultation, we schedule a Vision Alignment meeting to ensure we are fully aligned before moving forward. During this meeting, we confirm your needs, priorities, and overall vision for the space, ensuring nothing has been overlooked. This step allows us to refine direction, clarify expectations, and establish a shared understanding so the design moves forward with confidence and intention.

Concept Development & Refinement

We begin by developing a complete design concept that establishes the direction for both design and construction elements of the project. This includes space planning, finish selections, furnishings, lighting, and guidance on construction-related details such as layouts, built-ins, and material applications.

Once presented, we collaborate with you to refine every aspect of the design—reviewing details thoroughly and making adjustments to ensure the final plan aligns fully with your vision before implementation begins.

Curated Sourcing & Implementation

In this phase, we work closely with our network of trusted, top-tier vendors to thoughtfully source all furnishings, materials, and finishes needed for your project. We manage procurement, track orders, and coordinate timelines while maintaining clear communication with contractors and subcontractors. From installation to final placement, we oversee every detail to ensure the design is executed seamlessly and brought to life exactly as envisioned. 

Design Debut

Design Debut marks the formal completion of the design process. At this stage, all approved elements have been thoughtfully implemented, and the space reflects the vision established throughout the project. Final details are reviewed to ensure the design is cohesive, resolved, and ready for everyday use.
